Client Well-Being


Client Well-being is so important to me as a therapist and I believe it goes further than the therapy room and session, It is a one-to-one support system that is tailored to your individual needs. I have found it to be a great addition to having a therapy session each week, or for individuals at different stages of therapy.

There are many reasons why people sign up for this kind of support including, but not limited to:

  • Have completed therapy and need a little more support
  • Have not had therapy but want someone to chat to
  • On a counselling waiting list
  • Wanting the benefit of a routine check in
  • Needing someone to listen to them
  • Struggling with difficult thoughts or emotions

Each client is different and so is the support that they will receive. Typically during the month, we make contact via messaging, call, or email. During a short conversation, we can review your feelings and worries, provide motivation and encouragement for change or simply have a chat – whatever you need. Where it is beneficial I can then follow up our discussion with some additional advice or signposting.

This service provides emotional support and reassurance, offering the flexibility to seek additional support whenever you need it. You have the freedom to opt in or out at any time, although please note that refunds are not available if you choose to leave during the month.

I charge a standard fee of £15 per month which will include an individually agreed programme between us as to what you need from me in the month. There are a few options to consider, please ask for more information.
